Rob has more than 14 years experience in the Western Washington real estate market, currently acting as President of Bridgeport Appraisal, LLC. Rob's primary responsibility for the day to day operations of the company include Chief Appraiser and technology development.  As a founding partner of Bridgeport, he has been largely responsible for the developing our business in the South King and Pierce Counties.  Rob has significant experience in new construction and residential development.  He has served in an advisory capacity in the development of technology geared to improve the efficiencies of the appraisal process.

While away from work, Rob is a private pilot and accomplished chef. He and his family live in Kent.

Rachel has been with Bridgeport Appraisal since early 2003.  She is the point person for all administrative activity, including billing issues and accounts payable.  She also lends support to the Production Coordinator as necessary.  Prior to joining Bridgeport, Rachel spent several years in medical retail sales in Bellevue, Washington.

Rachel enjoys playing guitar, helping with youth ministry, and spending time with her family.  She makes her home in Everett with her husband, Travis, and their two cats, Chester and Snickers.

Debbie Franz - Production Coordinator

Debbie has recently joined the Bridgeport Appraisal team. She is the point person for customer communication, distribution of appraisal assignments and the primary contact between our staff and the mortgage clients. Prior to joining Bridgeport, Debbie spent four years working in escrow as a junior closer, escrow assistant, and receptionist.

While away from work, Debbie teaches ballet and modern at Wendy’s School of Dance, and has very recently developed a love for Thai food.
